After a brief 10-minute wait, the doctor apologized for the delay. The visit was efficient, the diagnosis was accurate, and my prescription was sent promptly

Not well. Dr was rude and abrupt. Prescribed the incorrect SNRI medication and put a note next to the antibiotic medication which meant I couldn’t collect it at the pharmacy. Due to the time and pharmacy to shut for the day o had to make another appointment and pay another fee for the same medication.

Phone reception was poor in the beginning but I changed to 4G and then it was fine I was worried that I lost the doctor but luckily she waited patiently . I felt listened to and I am happy with the immediate attention and care especially since it is a holiday day here in France today..She subscribed medications which put my mind at rest and I can start with these immediately.
